This is my first personal laptop, and I'm happy with the purchase. It's good looking and fast. My only complaint is with Microsoft. They are trying to make their operating system and internet browser cleaner looking and more intuitive. Sometimes I'd rather have my options visible and let me do the thinking rather than thinking for me. That's not the fault of the computer though, and I'll get used to it eventually.

We were looking for something economical and easy to use. Very happy with performance. My old laptop got very warm and the battery didn't last long. I am very impressed that this laptop exceeds my expectations. The mouse is a bit touchy. And if you slide your hands just right it pulls up screens unintentionally or zooms in or out when your not trying to. I played with the settings a bit and got to a comfortable place.

I ordered this laptop for my wife. Everything was delivered, in good condition, within the scheduled time. My wife has been using our old desktop (Windows XP) to get on the internet or play games while I used my laptop (Windows 7) in another room. She wanted to be in the same room and still have something to do. It took a little time to get to know Windows 8, but this had nothing to do with the computer. She has been able to get on the internet with Wi-Fi and find whatever she is looking for. It also has been good for the games she plays. For a low priced laptop, both of us are well pleased. Looking forward to many years use for her.
