Lenovo ThinkPad T61 7658 Discounts

Daniel (Mililani, Hawaii) :
The T61 is too hot to handle. Since it was new, the laptop is too hot to put on your lap and becomes very uncomfortable to even lay your palms on it while typing. It inadvertently goes into sleep mode at the most inoportune times due to overheating. I read some of the posts on the web and they suggest cleaning the air intake. However, I doubt it was clogged when I bought it new and it ran very hot then. It is so hot, you cannot consider this a laptop as you couldn't possible keep it on your lap. Makes it very difficult to use.

HatchA115 (Can) :
The day that I got the T61, I was a little skeptical. It came with Windows Vista Business and it was very laggy and unresponsive, although the PC itself was in great condition. I took windows completely off and put Ubuntu 12.04, since all I do on this is surf the Internet and word processing. I also took the liberty of adding 2 more gigs of RAM. It literally takes about 5 seconds to boot up, I cannot tell you how fast this thing is now. 5 stars all around for a great product!

Joshua Escamilla (California) :
I wish I had known how good ThinkPads were a long time ago, so I wouldn't have bothered buying any other laptop. The trackpad and keyboard are very responsive and pleasing to the touch. While on the heavier side, this laptop is very thick and durable. The battery life is not so great--from two and a half to three hours on mine. The screen brightness is lower than on other laptops I've used, but bright enough without hurting the eyes. The hardware is perfectly supported on every Linux distro I've tried. Everything works out of the box. 5/5 pretty good\

Lenovo U310 13.3-Inch Discounts

K (Trinidad) :
I bought this laptop a few months ago despite the wifi warnings. When i recieved it the wifi did not work; HOWEVER there is a very easy and cheap solution - a usb wifi adapter. They are cheap, around 12 dollars, and work well. They make this laptop great and worth the money!

Ryan Rostad (CARPIO, ND, US) :
Opened the box started using it... Of coarse it needed the usual updates and what not... After updating the system, I realized the laptop only works on wifi in 2 rooms in my whole house. The other laptops I have run at 5 to 6 mbps this u310 1 to 2. After I ran into the problem, I looked into it and found it was a known problem, and many people have the same problem with theirs. Then to top it all off, when I call the support number, the guy on the phone tells me to just take it back and get a refund. He said I must have bought a lemon. It happens 1 out of 5 computers. This is not the first time I have bought a laptop and I was not born yesterday. I have never had so many problems with a brand new computer. JUNK!!! I will never buy a lenovo computer again.

Kathy Masaoka (Los Angeles, CA United States) :
Had consistent problem--says plugged in battery not charging. There's hundreds of posts about what to do. I've spent countless hours. Don't want to pay huge service fees. Lenovo online resources have hundreds of suggestions, the fifty I tried did not work. Check this out before you purchase. I won't buy Lenovo again.

Lenovo IdeaPad Z580 15.6-Inch Discounts

Brad Hallock (AZ) :
Just started my own business and needed an affordable laptop that was powerful enough to handle my applications. This works great and even has a 10 key on it which I need. Not sure about Windows 8 yet, but the computer works great.

Muriel Wolin "Perry Mason Fan" (Las Vegas,NV.) :
The computer is okay. I do not like the way AOL comes up. AOL on windows 7 was much, much easier to use. It was easier on windows 7 to go back.
The above is not necessarily the fault of Lenovo, but of microsoft.

Mlnana (Georgia) :
I will avoid buying any PC product that has the new operating system. Microsoft keeps messing up. VISTA was awful, 7 was better, now the new 8 op system is another disaster. Too bad it effects rating for Lenovo product.

Lenovo ThinkPad X230 (343522U) 12.5" Discounts

RubiconRider (Taxachusetts) :
We purchased three of these after having been disappointed with the s230u's lack of stylus support. these units are being used by our service managers to conduct site inspections and it's great to be able to capture a signature electronically (note the x230 does not do this without additional software (see [...]). These units feel better built than the s230u. Also note we purchased these with Windows 7 since Windows 8 was conflicting with some of our apps.

Mukul Agrawal (bedford, oh) :
The product itself is good but in case you need customer service from Lenovo, be ready to be knocked around for days or be willing to pay the price of the machine every time you send the machine for repair. The 3 year warranty does not mean much. You need accidental damage protection because they will classify everything as non-warranty - that is unless you are ready to dispute it and be willing to be without your machine for weeks.

Ben Blissett (Union City, CA USA) :
We use these regularly for healthcare industry clientele. Quick, powerful, and no Windows 8. Sturdy and a very nice touchscreen.
Unfortunately, Lenovo does NOT manufacture 9- or 12-cell batteries for these, so if you're unable to charge every 3-4 hours, you'll want to disable one core and hyper-thread in the system BIOS and use the ThinkVantage Power Manager to dim the display and operate in maximum battery mode.
We've had better experiences using a 6-cell 'slice' battery alongside the included 6-cell. Still, you'll want to count on only about 5 hours maximum of regular use between charges.

Lenovo ThinkPad T400 7417 Discounts

Oleg Basov "Alan Bass" (northbrook, il) :
I purchased my computer new back in the summer of 2008. This has been one of the best computers I have owned. I usually replace my computers every three years however this one works so great I see no reason to make the change. This computer gets heavy use and works like new. Its on in my household between 2-4 hours a day without a single issue. This is my 4th Lenovo, replacing my older T61, and I was thinking about a T410 and see no need. Nothing special (besides tablets) has been developed to justify a new purchase. I would highly recommend the Lenovo T400.

Ankush Sharma (california) :
I have had this laptop for more than 4 years and I love it. Over the past 8 years, I have owned 2 Dell Laptops, 1 HP, 1 Compaq and 2 Lenovos. Guess, which one is the winner. Definitely the Lenovo T400. Its an amazingly quiet machine. I bought a Lenovo 5 years ago and I was instantly a fan. I don't know their other product lines, but their Thinkpads are just amazing. The mere fact that the laptop still serves the purpose of my primary pc, should tell how great it functions. Its not an ultrabook, but extremely light. Till date there is no noise of the fan. All I have done so far to upgrade this laptop is install Windows 7 64 bit and RAM to 4 GB. I am buying a new 9 cell battery to replace the original one.
Its an amazing piece of hardware. I would recommend it to anyone with less graphic intensive pc needs and with this price point, its a really good deal.

FernGuer "Whapoosh" (lost) :
as a 2nd time buyer of a thinkpad i've got some experience with what to expect and this laptop has met all of my expectations so far. i've put it through the 1 and 3 year old test, which means it's been slapped, banged on, dropped, and cord-pulled; passing with flying colours. an upgrade from my old thinkpad in every respect, though I think I prefer the screen dimensions of my old one. it cost me about a 1/4 of what my previous one did out of the box, so i'm even more excited to get thinkpad quality and performance at a discount price.

Lenovo IdeaPad U310 43752CU 13.3-Inch Discounts

E. Markell (Rome, Italy) :
You will be VERY unhappy if you buy this machine. I see a few fake paid-for reviews here, but the fact is that the wireless performance is unacceptable. Lenovo tech support told me that the there is an antenna design flaw and there is NO TIME FRAME FOR FIXING THE PROBLEM. On it's website forum, Lenovo lied about fixing the problem on models manufactured after August 2012.

David Dudley II (Grantham, NH) :
So this computer has all the specs you could need, SSD for Windows to run in, USB 3.0 for fast transfers, super light and thin. Only issue is that the trackpad seems very touchy, I wish there was a way to separate the buttons from the pad but so far I have not figured it out. Otherwise I would recommend this to others.

WeBDucks "Jack" (Bend, OR United States) :
I have only had this computer for three weeks so it is a little early to place a definitive review on line, BUT I can say to date that it is fast, easy to use and very reliable. It is also lightweight and easy to pack for travel. The only issue I have had appears to be one with Windows and likely has nothing to do with the computer--that is a problem with configuring Windows Updates. I hope to have that resolved soon.

Lenovo ThinkPad T530 2359 - 15.6" Discounts

Suzanne Kelly (USA) :
Order came in a timely manner. Bought the computer for my son. He seems very pleased with it. It's much better than the Asus he had before. Keyboard is nice and touch pad is great, compared with the old Asus. Only had it for a week, so far, so good.

Haroldtheb (US) :
I'm a tried and true believer in the ThinkPad line of notebooks. This one does not disappoint. The wireless connection was a little flaky, but after a driver update, all was fine. I would recommend that your first stop is System Update to make sure you're using the latest drivers.

John B. Kneece Jr. (MA) :
Already had one LENOVA THINK PAD...needed to replace a very old desktop unit so I went to LENOVA again- great machine- has been very fast and easy to operate. The one I have already had is a tiny bit slower and has never had a blue screen in its life...LOVE IT

Lenovo ThinkPad Twist 12.5-Inch Discounts

Dgb "gbarnes30" (Lee's Summit, MO United States) :
I bought this couple weeks ago and it's a wonderful machine. Proceeded to upgrade the 4 gig of memory to 8 or 16 and found of that the memory and soldered in and therefore not upgradable at all. Taking it back to the store. Would have loved to have kept it if the memory was upgradable. If you are content to run one application at a time this may be the machine for you otherwise take a pass.

David N (US) :
This year I bought a lenovo computer using your services and it came with the hard drive damage. I had to fix it twice in less than a year. The international waranty I paid doesn't work, they take more than a month to fix it and they make you do everything. My experience with lenovo have been terrible, it's not a quality device.

TritonXL (MA) :
Got mine a week ago. The touch screen is buggy and very unreliable and requires restarts. I bought the system for speed, ITs VERY slow! Constantly having to reboot, ect., ect. It pisses me off I feel the need to spend the time to warn others. Don't buy it!! Mines headed to the dump! POC I'm going back to Dell!

Lenovo IdeaPad S400 14-Inch Discounts

M. Minkin "maxintosh" (Chicago, IL) :
This thing is awful. I admin IT for our company. We bought it for the office because we needed a Windows machine and it's hilariously bad. Slow as hell, can barely handle the Windows 8 nonsense. Screen broke within weeks--returned. New machine doesn't have a working WiFi card. There were literally a pile of returns of this machine at Best Buy. Lenovo's ThinkPad legacy is long gone. Avoid at all costs.

Alyssa (US) :
I am a college student and this computer does everything I need it to do for all of my classes, and more! I am so very pleased with this product and everything it does!

Wgurdy (WA) :
I bought it as gift for my god son who is in college. He loves it. He was so excited to learn that it is a touch screen. This is a lot of computer for the price.

Lenovo IdeaPad Y500 15.6-Inch Discounts

George Voduc "silencio" (Salt Lake CIty) :
Solidly built and hefty. Bought it as an occasional gaming laptop (WoW, BF3, SCII), and it plays the part well. i won't rehash what's already been covered, but will mention the trackpad issue. It was fixed in y500 built December 2012 onward (don't remember the date). i just received mine, and it was built late February 2013. The trackpad's fine. No random wandering or anything. that's it. enjoy.\

Qicheng (Metro Denver) :
It's like trying to run a lamborghini on bike wheels, sure the engine is great or what you want it to do and look, but it's just not gonna work without the stability of the wheels. (Okay that may have been an extreme example, but you get my point) The SLI Graphics are amazing, but the CPU for some reason is really really slow and bad, the graphics works great but when I'm trying to play a game everything takes forever to load, which makes great graphics less enjoyable.

Knowz1 (Santa Monica) :
Ive had this laptop for a little over 5 months now and I love it! I bought it refurbished from another site but wanted to review here. This laptop is great gaming laptop for the price and you cant beat it with paying more than a 1, 000 $ easy! I play AC3, CT GLOBAL, TOMB RAIDER, BIOSHOCK INFINITE, BORDERLANDS 2, and many more great games all on high settings at least... I would give it 5 stars but again its not a perfect laptop it over heats after playing a high setting game for a long duration of time but what system or laptop doesn't? ! But a minor setback compared to the price and performance.

Lenovo G585 15.6-Inch Discounts

Alan Jones (Nacogdoches, Texas United States) :
This is my first personal laptop, and I'm happy with the purchase. It's good looking and fast. My only complaint is with Microsoft. They are trying to make their operating system and internet browser cleaner looking and more intuitive. Sometimes I'd rather have my options visible and let me do the thinking rather than thinking for me. That's not the fault of the computer though, and I'll get used to it eventually.

S. Flynn (Milwaukee, WI) :
We were looking for something economical and easy to use. Very happy with performance. My old laptop got very warm and the battery didn't last long. I am very impressed that this laptop exceeds my expectations. The mouse is a bit touchy. And if you slide your hands just right it pulls up screens unintentionally or zooms in or out when your not trying to. I played with the settings a bit and got to a comfortable place.

Charles R. Hall (Granbury, TX USA) :
I ordered this laptop for my wife. Everything was delivered, in good condition, within the scheduled time. My wife has been using our old desktop (Windows XP) to get on the internet or play games while I used my laptop (Windows 7) in another room. She wanted to be in the same room and still have something to do. It took a little time to get to know Windows 8, but this had nothing to do with the computer. She has been able to get on the internet with Wi-Fi and find whatever she is looking for. It also has been good for the games she plays. For a low priced laptop, both of us are well pleased. Looking forward to many years use for her.

Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Ultrabook Discounts

D.R.Weaver (Honolulu, Hawaii, US) :
I love it, but, was really taken aback, because, it was also to be a touchscreen. That was not the case for mine that arrived. However, after giving it a try for my purposes. I decided to keep it.. It's a really great computer..

Robert Edward Looney (Monterey, CA USA) :
The X1 Carbon must be my 9th or 10th computer. Without a doubt the best system I have ever used -- perfect in every way. I purchased it for travel, but it has become my main computer..

Andrew Newman "FilmRSA" (Redwood City, CA) :
Great feedback from other amazon users steered me to this purchase. My one regret is that, unlike other ultrapads, you have to pay for every little dongle with this one

Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 13.3-Inch Discounts

Richard Swain (St. Louis, MO USA) :
Replaces by 15.6" conventional notebook computer quite well - much less weight and superior processing power. As convenient as my tablet for making presentations. HDMI output is a great idea. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone with mobile computing and presentation requirements.

Mudstock (Arkansas, USA) :
I love this YOGA. What a great product. It was not the cheapest by far...But Certainly a great PC. Tablet use is fun. Maybe not the best use for a tablet. But certainly not a bad experience! Windows 8 is much more intuitive with the touch screen. The tablets great for watching videos or a quick presentation. Amazing Boot up speed.

Etienne (California) :
The Yoga 13 has a great keyboard, a bright screen, and is incredibly thin and light. It is great to carry around with you because of its qualities and its lightness. The screen resolution is excellent. I had my doubts about such a small machine, but now that I have tested it for a month, I am well pleased. The keyboard is great because the keys are well shaped for the human hand, and the keys are quiet, too, and have a solid feel. I have a beautiful Sony Vaio, too, with a light-weight magnesium case; yet, to carry around, I think I prefer the Yoga. One error, either of Microsoft Windows, or someone else, they did not explain how Windows 8 starts, but once you figure it out, it is easy to use. Push the screen's arrow to any corner, and the Windows 8 controls appear. I suppose that the Yoga 13 is great, too, as an Ipad, but I have yet to use it that way.

Lenovo ThinkPad Twist S230u 33472YU 12.5' Discounts

Sambandam Baskaran (Baltimore) :
I bought this tablet to use it for my business to write notes and enter other data. It is very versatile and quick and easy to carry. The twist is great. I am able to set the computer in so many positions for my convenience. The hand writing recognition is excellent and it makes the corrections by itself. Web surfing is without any hitch. Overall it is a great tablet.

ArmyGirl (Detroit, MI) :
This computer has many good qualities. It does just about everything. My only complaint is that it can be slow. The touchscreen has a hard time keeping up with me at work. I say if the touchscreen was faster and the computer itself a little bit lighter, it'd probably be THE perfect computer.

Burky (USD) :
I am writing this with it! Turns out to be a nifty computer. Excellent for what I paid. Fast and the twist tablet really adds to the value. Window's pro, HDMI (mini) etc.

Lenovo ThinkPad W530 243857U 15.6" Discounts

carolina (USD) :
im really happy about this productit really met my expectations!
im using this computer for 3d animation and its amazing

Oktay Arslan (Atlanta,GA,USA) :
This is a good machine and kind of long term investment. I was in between buying a Lenovo or Dell (M4500 series), then decided to go with Lenovo. I think, this is great deal for the given memory upgrade. You have to pay more for the same specification if you buy the laptop from Lenovo online website. I installed Linux Mint (Maya) and made it dual boot along with Windows. It works great with a few minor issues. I had a little problem with my order, the reseller sent me a laptop with different specifications than advertised accidentally. But, after exchanging several emails with them, they took the laptop back, fixed and resent to me. So, thank you guys, Jesse and Chris. I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't sent me the wrong laptop at the first time.

Bhaskarjyoti Borah (Hawaii) :
I bought this product from amazon and the product is really awesome. I have got everything as I expected. From its delivery to its performance everything is as expected and beyond satisfaction. I would really recommend this product for buyers. If you are a computer geek or need computers for high end computations then this is THE LAPTOP you should go for.

Lenovo ThinkPad Twist S230u 12.5-Inch Discounts

D. Lyons "spyse" (New Orleans) :
My daughter purchased this computer. Within a week we received it. OMG..I love it. I have a laptop already and I decided I am so getting me one of these!!! I have an Apple Ipad. This does take the place of an ipad. It's light and fast.

T. Byars (Dover FL) :
I really wanted to like this computer but I just didn't. Ultimately after 2 weeks the keyboard stopped working and I could only use the touchpad on the screen. The screen also lagged or froze when going from laptop to tablet. It was a pain. At first I wanted to blame being new to windows 8 as my reason behind hating it...but no. To replace this I went and bought a Sony vaio with windows 8 and I am adjusting just fine. I love it. The lenovo not so much. It also felt like a toy to me so I was hesitant to do any work on it.

Happy User (Redmond, WA United States) :
This may finally be the device that lets me lighten my bag when I travel. I can watch movies and listen to music when I travel and the long battery life gives me a whole day more than enough time for a west coast flight with enough left over to catch up pn my work when I get to my destination. I find myself using both the touchpad and the touchscreen of this devise when I have it configures as a laptop and with a quick twist I can convert it to a tablet and use the onscreen keyboard. The I5 processor will handle just about anything you can throw at it and Office is preinstalled so you only need to purchase a office key to activate it. Here is a link to some additional comments on this item you can read them and vote for a chance to win one of these wonderful machines.

Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 13.3-Inch Discounts

Bilalinds (New Zealand) :
This is my second machine replaced by Amazon, the first one had problem with flicking of screen and the second work fine until i used headphone jack. the right side was not working properly and i have to press the insert to make it work as soon as i let it go it does not work properly.

Steven Holcomb (Park City, UT USA) :
The reviews of this device are pretty bang on. But I want to add my two cents on the frustrating trackpad, it is horrendous. Sometimes it takes a heavy touch, sometimes is a light touch, sometimes it takes a heavy touch at first, then switches to light touch so it's completely out of control. The two buttons don't work most of the time and when I attempt to use the tapping of the trackpad to click, sometimes it moves the cursor off of what I am trying to click and sometimes it works.

Owner "Cautious Consumer" (USA) :
I love this tablet. It's so thin and light. I heard only get Windows8 if you have a touchscreen and that's why I selected this model. It does everything a laptop should do.
I've never purchased a laptop or tablet from Amazon before and was skeptical but this was definitely worth it.
Get it and you won't regret it.

Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p 15.6-Inch Discounts

Cesar Alcantara (japan) :
got this laptop, tweak the sli a little bit, get better performance than gtx770m, it does not not overheat so much, only downside is batery life and touchpad, anyway you need to be plug in to play intense games and i always use mouse or gamepad to play, so no downside for me <3

Justin (Virginia, USA) :
This is a great laptop but the mouse pad is HORRIBLE. Randomly goes places and pulls up windows in Windows 8 that I didn't want up. If you use a normal mouse all the time, it would be a perfect laptop. If the mouse pad was way better, there wouldn't be many better laptops for this price. Plays most games at high settings and runs them beautifully.

Mom of two (UCA,201 Donaghey Ave.state hall) :
I bought this for my son and husband to use. To quote my son: Does everything I've asked of it. Fantastic gaming computer, incredible battery life. My husband had some difficulty with Windows 8 being. compatible with other software when first setting up but these problems were mostly resolved. Both are extremely happy with this laptop, especially the cooling system.

Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p Discounts

Mark C Anderson (Alpharetta, Georgia, US) :
I was very disappointed when IBM sold their laptop business to Lenovo; I'm not a big fan of Chinese products. Then I saw that my other son's HP laptop is also made in China; so I guess it doesn't make any difference which brand you buy. In any event, my son loves this one; it is a power packed gamer laptop.

Irene (USD) :
This is a great desktop replacement laptop. Obviously with all the equipment and top of the line parts it is a bit heavy, but you aren't going to find a "light" laptop with dual sli NVidia GT750's and 16GB of RAM. This is a pretty good price as well, as I've seen competitor laptops with similar components going for almost 2k!

Nicole (NJ) :
This is pretty much the best Lenovo laptop money can buy at the moment. Ultra powerful with the latest gen Core i7 Haswell processor, dual 750M's, 16GB RAM, Full HD 1080p .. It will handle anything you throw at it, and then some. Definitely futureproof - won't be needing another laptop for a long, long time.

Lenovo G580 15.6-Inch Discounts

Rodney Heath (Chicago, IL) :
My daughter absolutely LOVES this laptop. Very good quality and a very good brand. Lenovo used to be called IBM and is a fantastic choice for any computer need. This laptop is fast and has plenty of memory and processing speed to keep the average PC user very happy. If you want a computer for gaming, I would suggest a different model that has a little more power but I would still go with a Lenovo brand. Much cheaper than Alienware. The same laptop on another site was about $80 more because of the shipping and tax which Amazon did not charge! Saved me a lot of money and made my daughter and me VERY happy.

Matt (SC) :
super fast and the screen is excelent for hi def videos. sound quality of the speakers is excellent as well. however, mine had some issues with a faulty driver when I got it so I did have to reinstall windows 8 which was the cause of much dismay at the time, but the computer works excellently now!

Lacy (NJ) :
I do not usually rate items however with regards to this item I feel it necessary. Microsoft forces you to have a Microsoft email account which I did not want but could not Skype without. Also, had major issues with the browser Google Chrome. Had to uninstall which took a full day of tinkering with to complete then would not re-install. Not sure if this was an issue with the Levono, Google Chrome, or Windows 8. Regardless, very frustrating and returned it for a Mac.

Lenovo G505s 15.6-Inch Discounts

Many Words "Jack" (Jonesborough, TN) :
I felt like I was in the 80's when I unpackaged this, and after I got the fork lift put away, I found it to be a very nice machine, just a bit big. But it does the job. I am not sure whether its Window's 8 or the machine or both, but I consider it slow for a 6GB memory machine with a fairly high powered chip. Levono has always been my go-to brand, and it looks like they did a nice job here. I do have a problem getting used to the keyboard offset to the left to make room for the numeric keypad on the right, and the number of buttons needs a roadmap, but that is technology, making things easier by giving us more options. Screen is nice and bright, start up is slow, but again, I think that is Windows 8 and not the machine, as I have seen this on other machines. Once started, it does a good job.

James (Atlanta, GA. USA) :
I managed to get my hands on one of these laptops via financial aid at my college. The design is wonderful, very well built. The display is very nice as well. The only thing I disliked about the G505 is that it has Windows 8 out of the box. I managed to remove it and put a gnu/linux distribution on it named Crunchbang, and I believe it was the best decision one could make. This laptop is very zippy now and does everything I'd ever want. If you're considering buying this laptop, but keeping windows, don't. It runs terrible with windos 8. The cpu usage stays at 99% no matter what you're doing. Now mine runs at 1% idling. But other than the operating system, it's a lovely machine.

Tyler collins (NJ) :
I recieved this with much anticipation. I had done a lot of research and benchmark research. This pc has the specs but not the performance. I believe there to be an internal voltage problem. Anytime this laptop is plugged in frame rates drop performance falls on its face and all cores clock down ( and yes energy management settings are proper.) Yet when it is on just battery power it performs as it should. I know this does not make any sense. I have spent countless hours on the phone with lenovo. i continue to get bounced around and lots of time on remote desktop reinstalling drivers time and time again. this has been an absolute nightmare with way to much time invested. If i can not get this thing returned or repaired i will surely take a loss selling it and go back to samsung again, which by the way i have a series 3 with a6-3410mx and slower ram that benchmarks much lower but has the same frame rates in games. and runs its advertised clocks. If anyone else finds this problem or a way to remedy it let me know and i will change my review. I recently purchased my first two lenovos and quite possibly my last,

Lenovo G700 17.3-Inch Discounts

Eva Marie Fuller (Penal, Trinidad) :
Great product. Nicely packaged and sleek design. Not too heavy and just right for the average user. Out of the box, add battery, plug in and go. Display is crisp (once you increase the brightness - F12) and the responsive keyboard is a dream to type on - plus number keys separate, thank you. High fingerprint threshold and nice finish on all surfaces. Cool running and quiet. Better than I expected.

Chase (Clearwater, Florida) :
I just received my Lenovo G700 with the 17.3 inch screen and it's impressive. The keyboard is awesome! Typing feels fantastic and the keys are nicely spaced. It does run very quietly as others have mentioned. The physical look of the laptop is nice and just feels much more well-made than my HP (duh). It's as responsive as I need it to be, and I have nothing negative to say at this point. I recommend buying this laptop.

Richard F. Nelson (Kerrville, Texas United States) :
Impossible to imagine what this machine delivers for the price. It is an astounding entry computer. And 8 is a decided advance over old OSs. Once you get used to the interface.

Lenovo IdeaPad U310 13.3-Inch Discounts

Katie Ewing (BRACEY, VA, US) :
I have been using it for about a month. For the price it is outstanding. I am still getting used to windows 8 otherwise it would be a five. Navigating Windows 8 is not intuitive. It is quick on start up but it is still new. To me it is very light and doesn't heat up during long use. I am pretty happy with the whole computer. Hopefully Microsoft will fix this operating system.

William (NJ) :
Couldn't get wifi access from the day I bought this piece of junk. I dished out $140 for "premium" technical service from Lenovo. After messing around with remote access for over six hours the tech support people said they would send new system software through U.S. mail. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a dependable laptop.

Iqbal (maple grove, mn usa) :
One of the worst laptop that i have ever used in years. WiFi was the issue that I was worried about but later on I realized that it is not the only issue. I was able to manage without the wifi as I was using it within home and with lan cable it was working ok. After 3.5 months it started to throw all kinds of trouble. It screen flicker randomnly. It will not start up, it stucks at the boot menu and will not reboot. Tried everything, called customer care but no positive response.

Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11 11.6-Inch Discounts

Pen Name (Dexter, MO USA) :
Great laptop....fast start up and shut down. Slim, lightweight, and the touchscreen works great, but the biggest disappointment is the Windows RT operating system. I can't install my printer or other previously used devices and drivers defeating the entire purpose of the laptop capabilities for my business needs. Great for tablet use, but not for Laptop use.

Gman (Seattle, WA, USA) :
As long as you understand the limitations of this product, namely Windows RT, it's a great computer. The build quality is first rate, not a plastic piece of junk like most of the tablets out there. The keyboard is incredible, and you can actually do some work on it. The fact that it comes bundled with Office is a huge advantage for doing work right out of the box. I've had some issues with it recognizing my WLAN extender, but no problem with the router. The size and battery life are well worth the money, now that the price is reduced. If you have the extra cash, buy the 11S with an I3 processor and full Windows 8. For me, my main computer at home is an I7 15-inch laptop running Windows 7 Pro. I will not change this - ever! I also use a 7-inch android with 3G for checking email and quick web-browsing. For going on the road, the Yoga 11 is awesome! Do some work with MS Office in the hotel room and load it up with movies for down time. The screen is beautiful and it streams video just fine. Nice machine if you can live with Win RT, which isn't THAT bad!

Costoda (OHIO) :
I bought this device being a developer looking for a device to test Windows RT apps with. This is not that device. The keyboard doesn't detach from it, so you have to take the entire thing with you. For what ever reason, the CPU seems really slow, even with the updates on it. It's nothing like Windows Phone 8, it feels sluggish. The keyboard on it is NOT a Think Pad keyboard and I found it less than stellar in keeping up with typing in Microsoft Word. Finally the track pad would randomly not work properly at all. I can't recommend this to anyone.

Dennis J Woods "D Woods" (MA) :
For one of my employees and it has handled everything we've thrown at it so far. Product was delivered well packaged an as advertised.

Alex (WA) :
This is one honking dinosaur of a laptop but that does not mean it is a bad laptop. It has all the things needed to compute seamlessly for the time being and battery life is good as I get about 4 hours on regular settings. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a laptop for work.

Hunter (22 Knightbridge Road) :
The design is great, best for business, System run fluently. The price was decreased. My company equipe this laptop for advance staff. We all feel comfortable with this machine. Every programs we need all run good on T530. The battery is very long (9 cells). But the screen 15.6 inch is quite large with me. Because if I work at desk, I can extend the screen via a monitor. So I prefer a laptop with 13".
